The bhut jolokia (English: king cobra chile) – also known as naga jolokia, dorset naga, naga morich, or ghost chili – is a chili pepper. Its claim to fame is the flame - as in one hot chili pepper. One million scoville units it is the hottest pepper in the Guinness World Records book.
